Graduated rates allow lower income buyers to afford this valuable service. Rates start at $275 and are more affordable than flat rates ($350 and up) offered by other inspection companies. Payment is due at the time of inspection; cash, check, or visa or mastercard. Fees listed are standard and may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis.

Travel Fee�A fee of $25 may be assessed for travel outside the Anchorage bowl to offset fuel costs and travel time. |
