| Sellers Inspection is offered to homeowners who would like to expedite required repairs on their home prior to listing for sale. This service includes a complete inspection, photos, and a summary of defects on CD for $175 (under 1500 sq. ft.) and $200 (over 1500 sq. ft.). |

| On-Site Consultations are available for anyone who has questions about specific conditions in a home. (This is a partial inspection). $75 / hr. (1 hr. min). |
