I'm available Monday thru Saturday usually with just 2-3 days notice. Re-inspections can be scheduled with little delay. I specialize in the inspection of existing homes only, single family through 4-plex (no commerical property). A typical single family home inspection takes approximately 90 minutes. A verbal sumary and explanation of repairs is provided for each room and/or system during the inspection so the client can see and understand the deficiencies and potential problems, if any. Reports are easy-to-read narrative style and most are delivered within 24 hours via email. Clients receive a compact disc with all photos, scanned copy of the signed contract, report summary, detailed narrative, and general maintenance information.
