MEET THE TEAM

Warren Mitchell

Warren Mitchell, veteran and owner of The Home Inspector Alaska, LLC, has been inspection homes since 2021 just before he retired from the U.S. Army. He was lucky enough to spend most of his military career here in Alaska. Warren completed his training with American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) and passed the national exam while at his last duty station in Colorado. Warren enjoys spending time with his wife Mandy and their four girls – Ruthie, Almaira, Honna, and Charlie. They enjoy hunting, fishing, and exploring around their cabin in Talkeetna.

Certified home inspector

Mandy Mitchell

Mandy Mitchell, co-owner of The Home Inspector Alaska, LLC, began running the back office when she and Warren took over the business in January 2023. Mandy was lucky enough to stay home with their 4 girls for 15 years before becoming a Realtor® in 2020. Assisting in the office with Warren was a natural progression for Mandy as she ran her own business for years while Warren was in the Army. Her experience in the real estate industry allows The Home Inspector Alaska to provide complete, thorough and accurate inspections while keeping in mind what’s truly important to buyers and sellers.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Truly the best home inspection experience I've ever had. Warren travelled several hundred miles to Glennallen with 24 hours notice, arrived early, and was already started before I arrived. He spent so much time going over every single detail of this rural property, took great care to explain every finding, including asking me several times if I had any other questions therefore making me so comfortable to respond. He noticed and thought of things I didn't even think of...
