Meet the Inspector
Warren Mitchell, veteran and owner of The Home Inspector Alaska, LLC, has been inspection homes since 2021 just before he retired from the U.S. Army. He was lucky enough to spend most of his military career here in Alaska. Warren completed his training with American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) and passed the national exam while at his last duty station in Colorado. Warren enjoys spending time with his wife Mandy and their four girls – Ruthie, Almaira, Honna, and Charlie. They enjoy hunting, fishing, and exploring around their cabin in Talkeetna.

SERVICES
We perform home inspections according to the Home Inspection Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We also offer ancillary inspections. These are additional types of inspections that you may be interested in hiring us to perform for you. Feel free to ask your inspector about additional inspection services.
SAMPLE REPORTS
At the end of the inspection, we will produce a written inspection report for you. The report will be easy-to-read and clear to understand. We will include pictures of the systems and components of the home and building that we inspect. We will also provide a summary of the defects that we observed during the inspection.
